Terms:

• Germán to host at least 8 streams per month, on average. Germán to make good faith effort to meet minimum on an ongoing basis.
• Germán to make good faith effort to market his Playback room to ensure that Playback is reaching new audiences. This may include posting on social networks, “lead-ins” on other streaming platforms, promotion on media appearances, etc. Germán to post minimum of 1 video per month on platform of his choosing highlighting a Playback stream with visible Playback branding.
• Germán to participate in occasional brand activations and/or special events, with terms and compensation to be negotiated on ad hoc basis. Events may include special joint streams with other creators, in-person streamer events, etc.

Payment:

• Ambassador stipend of $1,000 USD per month for 3 months, with possibility to extend at end of initial term.
• Germán to receive full Creator Fund and self-monetization (Power Chat) earnings on top of monthly Ambassador stipend, according to standard platform/creator splits.

Additional terms:

• Non-exclusivity: Germán may stream on other platforms, as long as concurrent streams to other platforms are broadcast via Playback simulcast. Playback to enable 1080p simulcasting and help Germán customize layout to his liking.
