Playback users can chat directly with Playback staff using the support chat feature inside a room. This is the best way to get technical support because you can get quick answers and the Playback team can easily look up your account and see what room you’re in.

Click on the chat apps icon at the bottom of the chat window.

Choose the “Support” app.

There will be a list of preset responses to get the conversation moving quickly. Then you can begin messaging with Playback staff. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
